My name's Jonathan. I've been designing for 4 years.

I have a Diploma in Mass Communication, with a background in Marketing, Graphic Communication, and Web Design. I secured an internship overseas at Watt Drive Austria, where I worked in their Marketing Department doing Creatives and PR.

I've been working as a freelance designer ever since, doing various personal and commercial projects.

Passion for design, coupled with knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts, allows me to create digital media tailor-made to your target audience in terms of design, message, and execution. These integrated concepts in my designs translates into high quality yet cost-effective media that will complement your existing marketing materials.

I am a firm believer of both design and function. You can therefore expect work that looks both visually engaging and easily accessible. I am also a fan of minimalist design, where striking colour choices and stylish typography combine to tell your story.

During the planning phase, OpenOffice is used to organise layouts and requirements. Photoshop and Fireworks are my main tools for visuals design.

The design is then coded with up-to-date xHTML and CSS, where I pride myself in lean yet functional coding according to World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards.

Joomla! is my content management system (CMS) of choice. It's a flexible, powerful award-winning CMS that allows clients to easily manage every aspect of their website without knowledge of web programming.
